  Is Fast Food The New Tobacco? There have been fast food for a very long time. The White Castle, the first fast food establishment, opened in 1921 in Wichita, Kansas. In the 1900s, men worked and women did the cooking. The whole family would have a pleasant dinner together when the men returned home to a cooked meal. Everything has changed now; there are many more fast food places, both men and women work, and even children are working.   So, is fast food becoming a replacement for tobacco?
